A 14 year old kid walks into a police station dressed like a cop.
He cons them into sending him out on patrol (with another cop - so they say). After about 5 hours, it was noticed that his uniform wasn't exactly regulation. When confronted, he admits it.

Gives you a lot of faith in Chicago PD doesn't it.
