On the 16th, Bush issued an executive order stating that federal employees elected or otherwise, must established their credentials and qualifications under penalty of 5 years incarceration
This was the link to the white house web site with the text of the order.

Somewhere between "not unexpected" and "WOW, talk about overkill". Last year, BO publicly stated he'd immediately review every Bush executive order and expunge any he disagreed with.
