The US Supreme Court refused to hear the second case on Obama's constitutional eligibility.
In essence they said, we don't care if he's qualified as long as he's black.
There are a couple of other cases going through state courts but its a certainty they'd be overturned by SCOTUS.
The Constitution and the fantasy of rule by law is over.
Thorburn and I were discussing these today. He came up with an interesting twist on the prediction that W would be the last elected president. With the Constitution now officially dead, Bush IS the last legally elected Constitutional President.
This wasn't how I saw things - yet it is an interesting twist on things.
The Illinois case now has all the elements for an indictment against obama for the house deal pay off with resko.
Resko is singing and he knows where the bodies are buried. In the name of enlightened self interest - he'll do anything the cut the bill down.
Blogo, Gov of Illionois, is in a similar position. Blogo's wife was the realtor who handled the house pay off to Obama. Nothing that Resko says is evidentiary UNLESS he can coroborate from another avenue. A Second conspirator will do the trick. And Fitzpatrick, the US prosecutor, has 2 - Blogo and the wife and supporting documentation on the sale.
As long as the roll goes uphill - Blogo has something to deal with. They've got him nailed to the tree for conspiracy to commit federal felonies.
Add to this that Obama's Chief of Staff is on the Blogo tapes as well even though we don't yet know the specifics.
If an indictment comes down before jan 6th, the day the electoral college vote is certified, it'll have some interesting consequences.
Fitzpatrick is a loose cannon that can't be controlled. Once this guy is on the hunt, he doesn't stop until he's drawn blood. The only way to stop him would be if Bush fired him. I don't see this happening.
In spite of all these things, my opinion is that what stops Obama will be the every eye quote. The only issue is when and that is exclusively Father's call.

Two thoughts:
1) Fitzgerald is a pitbull and got Scooter Libby. If there is blood in the water, he'll smell it.
2) Isn't your's and Stephen's newest interpretation of your prediction a little too convenient? There must be a better answer than "oh well, the legal framework in which the fella was elected is moot, so his election is moot." That is weak reasoning.

You apparently didn't read my post well. I said it was an interesting take on things but I was sticking to my position.
I don't think parsing the word 'legal' to be appropriate and this is why
1. Everything to do with the Lair is about time - thus timing is always a critical issue. 2. Over the years, I've done things that are off the measureable scale of probability. 3. I broke a 2500 year old Biblical Code that laid unseen. 4. Physical changes not conforming with known medicine. 5. The current discoveries and their timing.
These are all things knowable, physical and touchable. With dimensional issues the list grows.
The evidence of the Daniel verses relating to Thor's Gate is such that for him to have seen all that he reports - he had to have been there. 500 BC. The calf, eagle, lion and man are indeed there at the focal point of a mapping structure that points to the location of the gate. We have a direct, obvious and inescable connection between the Revelation Code and the physicality of New Jerusalem and at this most inauspicous 'time'.
Further the code states the gate requires 3 keys (signets) to unlock - I have one. It is also noteworthy that the map changes and each time I've followed its instructions - significant information or events developed. The gray in the cave that wasn't there 10 minutes earlier.
What I'm calling the Obama verses are problimatical and the reading all depends upon whether I've applied them correctly. The elements fit but there are too many 'ifs' to have absolute certainty. This brings us back to the issue of time and a man who rises to power based upon flatteries but doesn't stay there long.
There are three possibilites - he's removed by virtue of whatever law we have left - the every eye will see him verse becomes operative or its BS.
In the Obama verses there is an alpha and omega comment. The first verse addresses me, the last him. I read this as the every eye moment being the deciding factor.
I'm sticking with my prediction. The worse that can happen is that I might be wrong. While I consider it unlikely - I have been wrong before and prophesy can only be confirmed the moment it becomes the past. So, we'll see how it goes. Incidentally, moments of error can be counted on less than 5 fingers and the moments of being right go over fingers and toes.
The body of evidence is too significant to ignore.

With regards to Fitzgerald. Personally, I don't care for the guy. Regardless, you're right - if there's blood in the water he's on it.
His investigation deviates from 'normal' investigative procedure. He should have waited until he found out who was willing to buy the Senate seat and rope them in also. The story is that the Chicago Trib was going to break a story and foul things for him. This is pure BS. The trib couldn't have had any knowledge as to what was on those tapes. It follows, he's after bigger fish - Obama.
Coincidentally, Resko's sentencing hearing was delayed giving Fitzgerald time to take his tale and to confirm and support his comments. He now has Blogo and his wife heads on the block. Fitzgerald is moving fast for a reason. What they're now calling the Chicago Way (of corruption) also has the well noted aspect of people ratting everyone in sight for reductions in jail time. The Resko House payoff deal is just the tip of the iceberg. Obama, as senator, shot public funds to Resko's bogus building projects as the quid pro quo for campaign funds. As the source of those funds, Resko knows everyone who contributed and received. This connects also to Blogo and Obama.
So of the four people, Fitz has 3 of them by the short or curlies.
There is also the subject of Rohm Emanuel, Obama's chief of staff, showing up on the tapes. Rombo is keeping amazingly quiet. However, let there be no doubt, he isn't the sort to fall on his sword and he's loyal only to himself. If it looks like rain, he'll throw Obama under the bus in a heart beat. Ironically, it's Obama's style to have a buffer between him and the bad deeds so he can always have deniability - then he chucks that person under the bus. Where Rombo is concerned, Obama is way out of his league. Rombo is the guy who mailed a dead fish to a reporter for writing an unflattering story - ala The Godfather. He's a seriously nasty piece of work.
As I understand it, the electoral college vote is certified on jan 6th. Up to that moment the 20th amendment doesn't apply and McCain/Palin would be inserted.

I reread your post and understand it better. Glad to see that you, too, saw the gaping hole in reasoning there. I wouldn't want to start thinking less of you...

As I've said before, I prefer to stay out of the prophesy business. You can be right 1000 times, but the 1 you get wrong unleashes the naysayers and I don't really get a charge out of listening to it.
In 1995 I made a number of public predictions one of which was the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Turns out I was right - years before the fact. Even so, so what. The code speaks to a great many things and, to date, is 100% correct. The carvings also tell a cross confirming tale. The bit about Bush being the last president came exclusively from between my ears. The same as with Clinton.
Those who go into the prophesy business or channel Betty Boop from Alpha Centauri have a vested interest in being right. My only issue is the truth. I'd put my accuracy rate at over 90%. Not particularly shabby. Now there are those who would argue that the planetary prince should be at 100%. They'd be right - if he wasn't wearing a mortal hide with the myriad of limitations built into it. the real amazing thing is how right I've been and how little I had to work with. The journey was built one step at a time on a hard road.

New Hamphire has decided they can't afford trials by jury. So, they aren't going to have any.
So much for the Constitutional requirement of a trial by your peers.
Better to lose this right than to cut 'right' to welfare.
