Op with me in charge, I would put you in charge of cleaning the barn were my horses are kept. Does that answer your question?
On the other hand we are not on Earth and in America for someone to take care of us. Don't sell your birth right for a bowl of soup.
Your an American. God, Family, Country. ;D

Well Op.
I'd say don't be afraid of anything, examine instead.
What the plan appears to be is,
1. blending of the people - to erase nationalities and borders
2. reshape economical structure - this has been operational at least since 2000 when it was officially set, at some global convention, the blue print for unavoidable collapse, that is in progress right now. Plan was to give money for free to poor immigrants with full awereness that it would result a collapse and discuise this into a humanitarian effort blahblah. - Its intention was to destroy current financial systems and take over the markets.
3. consentrate all power to a new order - what people thinks has been irrelevant since day 1 and continues to be so. Or does someone actually think, that when they've set up a perfect 'elite' would all the sudden turn back to democratic ideas and would just give it away? lmao.
After this no idea.
However.. With first point, 'blending of the people and erase borders', it is perfectly apparent to them that the result is endless fighting over territories, like it has always been. Similar people seeks to be with similar people. There no way to bypass this rule of law. They are no idiots and they count on this. For what? Who knows. Perhaps to set a pretext for implimenting a 'perfect security' systems that keeps people on their toes and while doing so providing exta safety for the elite. In another words, they'd have a 'reason' to put military on streets 24/7 to protect 'them' from the people - not people from people.
Nevertheless. Fear is the last thing ordinary people needs in this situation. Hate towards the perpetrators is better imho.

I am an idealist
Understandably, the concept of a united planetary civilization is hard to conceive given our recent history and the current global picture. But I wonder ... is it attainable?
I'd like to think that it is. after all, aren't we supposed to be one human race? Sharing the globe as a common home?
Yes, there may be some on the top of the world society who would try to reach a similar scenario, but it would never be legitimate as long as a few humans are in control.
What do you think will take to reach this goal? It is inevitable that the intermingling of the races and cultures will continue and grow. The separatist mentality will continue colliding with the effect of continual comunication technology and transportation.
What do you think are the steps? ..... walls? ... better weapons than your neighbor? .. war?

I am not entirely sure, but if things are centered on facts (truth) there is no need for idealism.
Center things on truth, out from idealism.
It'd be a hard road, much harder than a standard idealist is willing to take. It would reguire first off all to 'accept' that real world dictates what is doable and what is not - this is the first wall that is impossible to get trough to a standard idealist. This is so evident and apparent in any conversation I observe or participate with an idealist.
Heck. I was one my self and it was indeed a thick wall to get through. It can't be cheated and there is no holes in it. Still an ongoing process btw.
To an idealist, real world is simply something else than real world: something that must bow down to the given 'idea', what it never make even with zillion casualities resulted from an attempt to make it so 'if' the idea is not simply real, true or doable no matter how nice it may 'sound'. (such as stopping climate change for example.. oh man doh)
To my understanding truth is a whole bunch of 'accepting stuff as they are' and only after that to examine the possibilities (often very generously) offered by the circumstances.

If one is to believe the Revelation Code - a one world government isn't going to happen. Instead - there is the final conflict between good and evil.
