You who walk the castle walls in the dead of night to protect this country, her people and our Constitution all took an oath to ‘serve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic’. Our Constitution has been subverted and is nearly on its last legs and it falls to the military to do that which no other organization will. The level of corruption is that bad. These are the facts that you will not hear in the, so-called, main stream press.
You swore to uphold a chain of command. You are also prevented, as a matter of military law, from taking illegal orders. Were you ordered to slaughter civilians and refused that order, you could not be held to court martial. This is the very situation that exists with the pretender who calls himself your Commander in Chief.
1. Barack Hussein Obama, by his own admittance, held dual citizenship when he was born in Kenya. As such, he can not be a ‘natural born’ citizen and is not qualified to be President. It follows any order emanating from him is also illegal.
2. Thirty-two law suits have been filed charging he lacks the Constitutional qualifications to be President. Democrats and Republicans alike filed these suits. Thirty-one of them have been dismissed without explanation and no hearing has been allowed as to the merits of these cases. In the one exception, Berg v Obama, the justice stated that no American citizen has standing to bring a law suit compelling enforcement of the Constitution. When asked who does? He said, I don’t know. Read this as, ‘the fix is in’.
3. It follows that no American citizen has the right of redress to the courts for grievances and a number of other sacred rights have been summarily dismissed so that we can pretend that Obama is a legitimate holder of the Office of President of the United States.
4. On the day after the election, the United States experienced the greatest number of gun and ammunition sales in our history and those sales continue at this writing. Why? Like you, there are millions of Americans who took the same oath to serve, protect and defend and they see where things are going and are willing to fight to preserve the Constitution.
5. The military has not only the right but the duty to demand that the purported President produce the birth certificate that he has, to date, refused to make public. He did, on his web site, offer a forgery of a certificate of live birth. Upon examination, the document had halos around the lettering and different densities in different areas. It was a cut and paste job. Also, the certification number was missing as was the state seal of Hawaii and the required signatures. It begs the question of why Obama refuses to produce his bona fides when YOU had to as a requirement of joining the military.
6. You should request, through the chain of command, that the Joint Chiefs demand, ascertain and publish Mr. Obama’s birth certificate. If he has nothing to hide, the issue is put to rest once and for all and the Constitutional requirements will have been obeyed.
7. Mr. Obama says it is his intent to create a civilian military to rival the one we have. The last time in history this was done that organization was called the Gestapo. Believe it. If you are so young you don’t know who the Gestapo was, get on the net and self educate. They were responsible for, among other things, running the Nazi Death camps during World War II. They murdered over twenty million.
8. Mr. Obama says he intends to require mandatory service (the draft) in order to fill the ranks.
9. The major difference between the military you serve is that you are sworn to the Constitution. The Gestapo version will be sworn only to Obama.
10. Current law, Posse Comitatas, forbids the use of the military against the civilian population. Obama’s Gestapo will have no such restraint.
We are asking you to copy this writing and to send it to everyone you know and, most importantly, to everyone you know in the military. Those who receive it from you are asked to copy and email out to their buddies as well. This is the only way the truth will reach our soldiers.

Over 30 cases regarding Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States of America and Commander and Chief of the military have never been heard on their merit. Most cases have been denied in State Supreme Courts over the issue of ‘lack of standing’. Many of them have made it to the Supreme Court and been denied without comment. Two of those cases were denied without comment within days of that meeting.
Here are some facts presented which is the basis of most of the cases before the courts of our justice system which were denied a full hearing:
1. We do not know his legal name. He has gone by many aliases such as the following: Barack Obama Jr., aka Barack H. Obama Jr., aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Soetoro, aka Barry Dunham, aka Barry Obama aka Barack Hussein Obama
2. Barack Obama Jr. was born to Barack Obama Sr., a citizen of Kenya (at the time a part of the British Commonwealth, and so, was a British citizen) and Stanley Ann Dunham, aka Ann Dunham, aka Stanley Ann Obama, aka Ann Obama, aka Stanley Ann Soetoro, aka Ann Soetoro, an 18 year old citizen of the U.S. If in fact Obama was born in Kenya, the laws on the books at the time of his birth stated if a child is born abroad and one parent was a U.S. Citizen, which would have been his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother would have had to live ten (10) years in the United States, five (5) of which were after the age of fourteen (14). At the time of Obama’s birth, his mother was only eighteen (18) and therefore did not meet the residency requirements under the law to give her son (Obama) U.S. Citizenship. The laws in effect at the time of Obama’s birth prevented U.S. Citizenship at birth of children born abroad to a U.S. Citizen parent and a non-citizen parent, if the citizen parent was under the age of nineteen (19) at the time of the birth of the child. Obama’s mother did not qualify under the law on the books to register Obama as a “natural born” citizen.
Section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S.C. §1401(b), Matter of S-F- and G-, 2 I & N Dec. 182 (B.I.A.) approved (Att’y Gen. 1944).
3. Barack Obama Jr.'s mother, Ann Dunham, divorced Barack Obama Jr's father in or about 1963 when Barack Obama Jr was two years old.
4. Then Barack Obama Jr.'s mother, Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia. Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Barack H. Obama, Jr. et al. as his son and/or adopted him.
5. While Ann Dunham (Soetoro) aka Stanley Ann Soetoro was married to Lolo Soertoro, Barack Obama Jr. was enrolled in the public school in Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia does not allow for dual citizenship. If indeed Obama had U.S. citizenship, he would have had to relinquish it to become an Indonesian citizen.
6. On August 20, 1980, Stanley Ann Soetoro, initiated divorce proceedings from Lolo Soetoro in Honolulu, HI.
7. When asked, Barack H. Obama, Jr., et al claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii however, claims by family members have him been born in two (2) separate hospitals.
8. According to Barack H. Obama's Kenyan grandmother, Barack, Jr. was born in Mombosa, Kenya and she was present during his birth.
9. The Kenyan Government, claim they have the birthing records of Barack H. Obama, Jr. and the birth delivery records of Ann Obama, from Barack H. Obama, Jr.'s birth in Mombosa, Kenya, however, they have sealed the birth records of Barack H. Obama, et al, birth in Mombosa, Kenya and labeled them top secret as a result of the presidential election.
10. Senate resolution 511, a non binding resolution, co authored by Obama himself, and designed to qualify John McCain as a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ clearly states that a candidates parents (plural) must be citizens to qualify as ‘Natural Born’ which by Obama’s own admission on his website does not qualify. He clearly states that he was of dual citizenship (U.S and British) at the time of his birth. Obama has divided loyalties with foreign countries.
11. Obama has not been forthcoming with his bona fides to prove his eligibility. In fact he has spent almost a million dollars on a team of lawyers in an effort to insure they are kept from view when $12 would forever put an end to the controversy. Is it a wonder that many are asking why the candidate who ran on the promise of a transparent administration would want to hide his bona fides of eligibility for office?
12. He has sealed all records pertaining to his college financial records which may reveal he was admitted into college as a foreign exchange student.
13. He has also sealed all his passport(s) information from examination.
14. Obama has posted on his website a Certificate of Live Birth or short form certificate as his proof of U.S. birth. However many qualified experts in document forgery have presented their findings that the document is a clearly Photoshop forgery. His long form birth certificate is being sealed in a vault in Hawaii and kept from attorneys filing lawsuits regarding Obama’s eligibility.
15, The Dept. of Health in Hawaii at the time of Obama’s birth allowed for the registering of births outside the U.S. Officials in Hawaii have declared the long form birth certificate on file as authentic, but refuse to state the birthplace of record upon it. Neither will they comment on the authenticity of the Certificate of Live Birth posted on Obama’s website. Maya Soetoro-Ng, Obama's half-sister, also has a Hawaiian COLB and she was born in Indonesia. Sun Yat-Sen, the Father of Modern China, who was born in the village of Cuiheng, Xiangshan county , Guangzhou prefecture, Guangdong province, China, has one too.
The looming questions about our Commander and Chief are, "where was Barack Obama Jr. born"? Is Barack Obama, Jr. a/k/a Barry Soetoro still an Indonesian Citizen? What is Barack Obama, Jr. a/k/a Barry Soetoro's legal name? Is Barack Hussien Obama Jr. a ‘Natural Born Citizen’? Was his oath to support and defend the Constitution merely empty words?
