US Supeme Court Justice Souter has decided to retire.
Naturally, he timed it so that Obama would be able to appoint a law breaker in Souter's vein. The current qualifications for the post are as follows.
1. Must hate the U.S. and the ideology represented in the Constitution.
2. Must not be white
3. Must hate whites.
4. Must have an identifiable record of disobedience to the Constitution.
5. Must have an identifiable record of pissing on their oaths of office.
6. Must be a Communist.

Well, on the "bright side", at least his replacement won't change the balance on the court more to the left.
Speculation had been going on for some time as to when Souter would retire. My opinion is he was just waiting for any Dem in the White House.
Ginsberg can relax and retire now, too.

Point of fact: she is actually a George H.W. Bush appointee. Clinton reappointed her to a superior court.

File it however you want. You say you want only truth, then actually write the truth. She was a George H.W. Bush appointee and a Clinton reappointee who was nearly blocked by the Republican party in 1998 because they feared she was Supreme Court material. They were right. None of that damages anything you said earlier, just get your facts straight.

What she 'is' is determined by what she chooses to do.
She's a bigot, a racist and a person who thinks 'policy' is made from the bench. Who says so?

Also she is a product of government. We the people are supposed to look to her as the best and brightest the jurist system has to offer.
However the liberals are not held to the same standards as conservatives. Even conservatives are suffering the lying down with dogs affliction. But when the dollar tanks...oh baby...the blind fold on lady justice will be down around her ankles...right now its making its way to her mouth. I guess the White House does not want to talk about it until the confirmation hearings. If she is confirmed I am writing the Republican leadership off as in the tank. Some will think that harsh of me. But hey these libs never go away until they get their way.
If you want to indulge teenage welfare mentality and behavior then support this abortion of a nominee.

Apparently Chris cares enough to mention it in a post but get the fact wrong. What she "is" is determined by her choices just like the rest of us. What we are is determined by whether we present the whole truth when speaking. You've said as much yourself Cal.
