Miliary Justice 101
When one joins the United States Military, one becomes subject to a completely new justice system. While the primary purpose of the United States justice system is to dispense "justice," that is not the primary reason for the creation of a separation justice system for America's Armed Forces. The primary purpose of the Military's system is to provide the military commander with necessary tools to enforce good order and discipline. That's why, for example, it's not considered a "crime" to be late for work at your civilian job, but it is a "crime" to be late for work in the Military (violation of Article 8620 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice21, or UCMJ).
Dave comment: The Nuremberg trials were a military tribunal. I suspect more would have hanged if in a justice court.

>>>it is assumed that I will act within a set of predictable monkey-like actions. Wow, you all know me well.
Hollis - one can only judge by what comes out of your mouth.
Questions put to you (as one presumeably informed) go unanswered and what does come back is that you'd be committing treason if you questioned the legalities of a communist kenyan president.
This does not inspire me to a high degree of confidence.

Beck is investigating the FEMA concentration camp story. Should have something up soon.

Glen Beck interviews Chuck Norris. Chuck stands tall for the Constitution. Claims he may wind up running for President of Texas... worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=91103**snip** On Glenn Beck's radio show last week, I quipped in response to our wayward federal government, "I may run for president of Texas." That need may be a reality sooner than we think. If not me, someone someday may again be running for president of the Lone Star state, if the state of the union continues to turn into the enemy of the state. From the East Coast to the "Left Coast," America seems to be moving further and further from its founders' vision and government. **end snip**

I sent this email to Beck today
Glenn There are those of us with real Southern accents that take exception to your efforts in this regard. The only people who sound the way you do are from Toliet Bowl Alabama. Unlike you ignorant Yankees, we don't call them democrats but communists and we flush them out quickly lest they stink up the house.
