Last week, it snowed out here in Houston, TX. This is the second time this had happened this decade.
Last time it snowed in Houston was in 2005, and the time before that it was over 20 years ago.
Also this weekend has been the supposedly coldest it's been in over 30 years. The big thing that we need to remember is that around that time, Global Cooling was all the rage.
Who knows? Perhaps they were right and we are in a state of cooling. What are they gonna do about it? Reform their agendas to say that the industrial outcropping of Sulfur Dioxide was causing Global Cooling instead rather then the pollutants spewed into the atmosphere is destroying the OZONE layer and collecting more sunlight for global warming?
I do suppose we can recall the whole Chicken Little tale, only this time it's got the pantywaists all up in a dander.
When I told someone about the lead proprietors of Global Warming were the same boys and gals sounding the alarm about Global Cooling just 30 years ago, therefore unreliable; they retorted with a "Yes, but" analysis that says that the whole debacle was shifted and reconstructed to the Real World Religion of Albert Gore.
Speaking of which... they've been rather quiet lately about that. And the electric car. And Alternate energies have taken a nose-dive (In particular, T. Boon Pickins). All related to the cost of natural gas and oil.

BUT BUT BUT! Al Gore told me that global warming was going to kill everyone, he is the former vice-president so that means hes qualified to speak on any subject. Don't pay attention to what you see, only to what Al Gore tells you to see!

So does Jimmy "Peanut Farmer" Carter, and he was President! Oh! And the Weather Channel too, who was recently bought out by PMSNBC! They used to not, but now they do because PMSNBC knows better.
And and and... Former Presidential Candidate John Kerry, who served in Viet Nam and won three Purple Hearts! So many prominent people!

Good thing we've got the Gulf of Mexico to keep us cozy warm down here. Ummmm, wait. It snowed in N'awlins? 8-12 inches! Did Katrina and Rita blow it up north? Doggone that global warming and the horrendous hurricanes!!!
Everybody better stop exhaling that CO2 stuff.

Have to say that -37 feels a bit too fresh. Btw. Why all the hairy people lives in warm south and not so hairy in cold north? I mean, I am at 30's and still no beard, and the fellow from Italy I know, he is nothing but beard, from toe to all over.
