I wasn't literally asking what corruption was...just a rhetorical question leading up to the point I was making. As for Obama's words, I'm saying there is no evidence either way at this point that he is either in league with or in opposition to the Governor. Relationships I'm sure can change quickly in politics.

Well I do have proof that his position on Bank of America:

I can't disagree with what he did here. I didn't support the bailout to begin with, but since the money was indeed appropriated, and Bank of America was already funding the firm in question, cutting them off when all that's left is paying off severance packages to workers that were promised the money in question is wrong.
But yes, it is just a theory. And a theory I can't prove or describe in detail. But I'm also not a coincidence theorist and the timing is too close for me to ignore.
