Thought this writing my be of interest.
Just hours ago Senator Barack Obama announced he has chosen Senator Joe Biden as his running-mate, adding his own harshest critic to the Democratic ticket. Senator Obama's choice in a running-mate once again brings up his questionable judgment when faced with making major decisions.
Senator Biden doesn't believe that Senator Obama is ready to serve as president. When asked about Senator Obama's lack of experience he said, "The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training." Senator Biden doesn't believe that Senator Obama is ready to serve as president. When asked about Senator Obama's lack of experience he said, "The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training." The fact is, there has been no harsher critic of Senator Obama's lack of readiness to serve than his new running-mate, Senator Joe Biden.
Senator Biden has long been a leading critic of Senator Obama's lack of foreign policy experience. He's criticized Senator Obama for his lack of leadership and judgment on Iraq, Afghanistan and his commitment to meet unconditionally with the leaders of rogue states.

thats one way to look at it. another is that he wants someone willing to take him to task or call him out when he's making a mistake. His harshest critic as his premier adviser and running mate? I think this leads more to fighting the ideas some hold that Obama seeks to be some kind of 'dictator in chief'.
A bit different from the dynamic between ole Cheney-Bush. King George and the shadow president\puppermaster\dark lord Cheney, both citing executive privilege as protection for every shady or hinky thing congress or senate wants to investigate. "I can not recall" or "I can't discuss that due to Executive Privilege" has been the phrase uttered locking cases as tightly as a Masterlock on capitol hill. I hear people angry at congress for not trying to call the President's men to the floor for the things that most of the country thinks were horrible mistakes, and they're unable to, because the thorny Cheney-Bush made expert use of the "carte-blanche" post 9/11 America bestowed when they had it during his first term.
Bush was horrible for America. McCain promises to follow in his footsteps. He gave up his maverick-tude to win core Republican votes because he didnt trust republican Americans to make the leap for real change from bad policy to a different kind of Republican politics. I think that shows poorly upon him and the party, more so than my fellow americans who happen to be republicans.
You think the Biden choice is a mistake. I think he knows exactly what he's doing. You see him as an enemy of America and i think further observations are coloured by that view. I also think he wants us to know he will keep himself in check in every way. Which could be considered a noble thing if it were anyone else other than him.
If he's going to try to take over, like you think, then all bets are off. Dictatorships are illegal in America, i know this, i want you to know i know this. No Obama supporter supports the guy you describe. Nor would they follow anyone with the intentions you say he has. I think you're wrong on this one thing.

there are democrats who aren't communists who secret want to destroy america. This country where we all try to live, it's a vehicle we're all riding in. it's swerving left and right, as if it were going to careen into a 20 foot ditch(permanent socio-economic chaos), or crash into the trees(state communo-fascism). I'd rather not see either extreme wing take dominant control. I'd rather see this vehicle righted, course corrected, and all of us merrily driving down the road.

Dave comment: Your living in a dream world Neo. Obama and his wife are an embarrassment.
John McCain stood the test of torture. That is what our enemies foreign and domestic have in mind for us.
Be reasonable.

Akira
I don't have to read what you have to say - All I have to do is beaware of the current democrat talking points you inhale and believe is an original thought.
Bush derangement syndrome ignores that Bush isn't running for president. YES BUT McCain is just like him - when, in fact, he isn't.
Ditto for Cheney.
So the Messiah is going to hire on someone capable of overshadowing him? hehehehe and what planet do you live on? There can be only one Messiah at a time and his name isn't Biden.
We already know what Biden thinks - Obama isn't prime time material. But if you're right - Obama is the puppet to Biden's puppet master. So, why bother with Obama at all?
Obama doesn't want to be dictator - he wants to be GOD - the only begotten. Unfortunately, while God permits freewill - Lord Obama doesn't.
You see him as an enemy of America and i think further observations are coloured by that view.
I see him as an enemy of freedom and a racist on top of it seeking to subjegate everyone who isn't black to his doctrine that all citizens are equal but blacks are more equal. This is the point of Black Liberation Theology. Further he thinks that us Bible thumping, gun toting crackers are going to roll over. The only thing that surpasses his arrogance is his stupidity. He believes that he can direct the power of government against us to the degree we become enslaved never giving a thought to the fact we ARE the government. When he loses, he'll retreat to the worn mantra of white racism never giving a single thought to his own and, at the same time, ignoring the many thousands of whites that did vote for him before the Wright comments came to light. When he does - he'll alienate whites for the next 20 years and the next candidate to come forth will find a higher level of skepticism than Obama started with.
Incidentally, McCain has been against affirmative action for a long time. I'm certain this colors (pun intended) one's view.
The fact is that Obama is the proof that the MLK dream has been achieved. He is competing in the fair marketplace of ideas.

Among puppets, often number 2 is number 1, in other words, the # 2 guy is "in the Know". #1 guy who is "in the slow".
#1 front man and fall guy. #2 holding the actual power.
Who pulls the strings of the commie frick and frack puppet tag team of "#1" freshman Obombya and "#2" Veteran Insider from DELAWARE of all places J. Biden ?
Z.Brzezinski who formed TriLateral commission with D.Rockerfeller.
Z.B. is the intellectual voice of the TriLats, and his ideology and vision is the driving force behind the NWO imperialist clique of "Americans".
Z.B. is overtly considered Obaba's top Foreign Policy Advisor.
His puppet master? Above my pay grade.

Oh, dear, Cal.
Something you left out regarding who Obama has picked as his veep.
Joe Biden. The smilin' vicious Pit Bull of the Democrats.
Now Obama can return to playing the aloof, dignified 'Chosen One' again, and let Biden ever so gleefully attack McCain.
Gonna be good cop, bad cop play for the rest of the camPAIN oh-ate.
Doesn't matter what Biden said in the past about the Obamanation, he's a hard-core "D", and will do anything it takes to get a "D" in the White House. Even someone he disrespects.

That is the traditional job of the VP. To do the dirty work while letting the Pres candidate 'appear' to take the high ground.

Yeah, well regardless of the liberal religious/political ideology, such friendships are based on usury anyway.
The plastic smiles and veneers presented at the DNC will attest to that statement. You gotta catch em in the hotel rooms for the venomous tirades.
But you hit on good point, and their achilles heel. Get em scratching at each other, and as a whole they have less ability to organize an effective onslaught against the good souls. Though they will bring it on, and it will be a slaughter, just not the way they envision it.

Divide and Conquer - its the oldest play in the game book. Except, they were already divided by self design - destruction is an inevitability.
